To help develop and maintain a practical and cost-effective policy and procedures to ensure we produce an excellent new home product consistently in all operating divisions.

Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure we take advantage of technical innovation and comply with all relevant construction standards and Regulations.

To undertake a range of technical, regulatory and quality control duties by visiting sites and divisional offices.

Support the Group Head of Technical in providing training, information and support at Group and Divisional level, in order to continually improve business performance. Monitor and evaluate new and emerging technologies, construction methods, materials and products with a view to introducing those that may benefit the business, into our standard specifications and processes.
