To develop, implement, communicate and maintain the Project Programmes and coordinate with all departments involved, within a Residential Property Developer environment.

To provide concise advice quickly to members of the project team on aspects of the proposed scheme that have a material effect on the timely and efficient delivery of the scheme.

To Provide at an early stage of the project advice on buildability to the team.

To help with the securing of future work for the business.

To assist with all aspects relating to the administration of the system, with the aim of continually improving its effectiveness.

To ensure that all matters related to the Quality Management Systems are carried out.

To be actively involved in project planning throughout the lifecycle of projects (from Bid stage to construction).

To take in to consideration the business drivers when developing programmes, logistics, exit strategies and the customer journey.
