Reporting to the Technical Director (North) your primary responsibility will be to manage the technical aspects of allocated development sites and ensure the efficient delivery of construction information and technical approvals to the Building Department.

You will be responsible for managing your own team of Engineers and Architectural Technologists and you will act as a focus for technical and commercial matters for other departments within the business. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and solve complex problems are essential. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a broad technical knowledge with experience in residential development.
