Role: Senior Project Manager

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Developer specialising in new build residential schemes typically with values between £50m and £500m in value. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering a high quality product across the City & surrounding Home Counties.

Position: They are currently on site in Central London on a 500+ unit RC Frame, 20+ storey over multiple blocks, project for which they require Senior Project Manager (No.1). This is taking the scheme from inception and groundworks through to completion. You will be responsible for the programming & Delivery of the site with a number of Site Manager/s & Assistants reportable to you.

Individual: A hard working, client facing individual who has experience in delivering large scale residential schemes from cradle to grave.
